This policy explains what personal data SiMA LLC (doing business as LawBid) collects through the LawBid apps and website, how it is used, and the choices you have.

Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, phone number, profile photo.
• Attorney data: license details, qualifications, experience.
• Content: cases, bids, posts, videos, chat messages and call metadata.
• Technical data: device type, app version, push notification tokens, logs.

How we use it

• To run the marketplace: show cases to matching attorneys, deliver bids, messages and calls.
• To keep the Service safe: verify attorneys, prevent fraud and abuse.
• To send notifications you asked for, and service emails.
• To send one-time verification codes by SMS to the mobile number you enter, when you request a code.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We share data with the other party of a conversation or bid, and with service providers that host and operate the Service (cloud hosting, storage, video delivery, email). We do not sell personal data.

SMS messages

If you request a verification code in the app, we use your mobile number to send a one-time code by SMS. Message frequency: one message per request. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help, or contact support@lawbid.dev. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See SMS Verification Consent.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data and close your account at any time from the app or by writing to support@lawbid.dev.

Retention

We keep data while your account is active and delete or anonymize it afterwards, unless the law requires otherwise.
