SMS Verification Consent
Last updated: October 2, 2026
SiMA LLC (doing business as LawBid) sends one-time verification codes by SMS only when a user requests one in the LawBid mobile app. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
How users opt in
To sign in or confirm a phone number, the user enters their mobile number on the sign-in screen and taps Get code. The consent statement is shown directly below the button, before any message is sent. Tapping the button is the user's request for, and consent to, one verification SMS. No message is sent to a number unless a code is requested this way.
